2. Use of Information Collected.

We use data in your profile to (a) send you information about our company and services, (b), confirm a matched trade request to another Art of Vacationing member (c) provide contact information to a another member for a rental you have posted (d) send you confirmations about your trade requests and rental postings, e) to contact you when necessary. We use your Financial Data to bill you for products and services.

3. Sharing Personal Information.

We do not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. We may share Contact Data and Financial Data with companies we contract to process orders, collect payments, or provide customer service. We use services of third parties such as email service providers, and credit card payment processing companies. Those third parties are contractually prohibited from using Profile Information for any purpose other than for the purpose we specify. We and our third-party service providers may disclose Profile Information for purpose of resolving a problem or support issues, when required by law or when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary in order to (a) cooperate with investigations of purported unlawful activities and confirm to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us, (b) protect and defend our rights and property or the rights and property of our users and visitors, (c) identify persons who may be violating the law, the Terms and Conditions of this site, this Privacy Policy, any of our copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights, or those of any third party, or misusing this site or any related services, and (d) fulfill a user's order or request.

We may collect information about the use of the Site, such as the types of services used and how many users we receive daily. We may use all or part of any information that you provide on this Site to personalize your experience for the next time that you visit us. Your Profile Information is stored on secure servers protected by advance firewalls and "OS hardening" to help protect all sensitive information. Nevertheless, because network security measures are not infallible, we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Credit card and Financial Data is collected to process the purchase of a Membership and is not retained thereafter.

This site contains hyperlinks to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the functionality of the hyperlink, the transfer or connectivity to the third-party website, any content or information displayed on a third-party website, the terms of use of third-party websites, or the privacy policy of any third-party website. Please take precautions in disclosing Profile Information. Profile Information disclosed online via email, chat rooms, forums, blogs, message boards, and the like can be collected and used by others. If you post Profile Information in those types of online environments, it is highly likely that it may be accessible to the public and you may receive unsolicited messages and advertisements commonly referred to as SPAM. You should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your Profile Information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your Profile Information.

7.   User Ability to Access, Update and Correct Personal Information.
